We have designed a unique monitoring and notification mechanism, which will notify our admins automatically as soon as anything bad happens with your server. They will then analyze the nature of the problem.

Backup Space

Keeping a backup of your website is difficult when you have to do it yourself. You’ll need to find a place for your backups – preferably on a different physical server; you will have to create backups; you will need to determine if everything is working. We provide you with a very simple resolution. Our Optional Admin Services package gives you 50 gigabytes of disk space on one of our secure backup servers. And we will assist you with the backups. And since all the servers are part of the very same network, the backups will be generated as fast as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It can be really frustrating if you would like to run a web app or a service on your dedicated web hosting plan, but you keep coming across problems. This is when our Optional Admin Services solution can save your day – it includes installation and troubleshooting tasks. This means that one of our very capable senior system administrators will be working half an hour exclusively on the issues that you have specified. You can request him to install an app or a service, or to take care of an issue that you keep detecting. Or to upgrade your server OS.
